*BRICO OF IDAHO* To remodel a 9,800 sq.ft. space for new retail / office/ warehouse tenant use per approved plans on file, to include notes on plans and attached plan review conditions. This space will be divided into 2 control areas in accordance with Table 3-D & 3-E, footnote #1, UBC and UFC provisions, by 1-hour occupancy separation construction, to accomodate the flammable and commbustible liquids inventory to be within allowable limits for an "S-1" / "M" occupancy. Work to include construction of 1-hour rated occupancy separation walls from floor to bottom of concrete double-'T' roof deck, using non-combustible framing for non-bearing walls; to create the two control areas for hazardous material inventory control; to serve as occupancy separation between the adjacent "S-3" occupancy tenant on the west side, Xtreme Motor Sports; and a 1-hour occupancy separation wall is also required between the front area retail sales area and the storage areas due to the size of the storage area (> 1000 s.f.) and the fact the tenant or building is not sprinklered. The quantities and arrangement of the hazardous materials SHALL be incompliance with the layout plan as presented by the third party hazmat specialist, Will Winslow, to comply Table 3-D & 3-E, 1997 UBC for allowable limits. Purpose of this permit is to regulate the hazardous products to meet code & establish a certificate of occupancy for the tenant in a timely manner.
