*PAM OIL CO.* To install Steel Storage Racking within existing warehouse per engineered details. Being installed in conjunction with BLD99-00711, Tenant Improvement for purpose of obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy when both permits (racks & T.I.) have been finaled. Install plaques per code / engineering, to identify allowable maximum loads for each load storage rack unit. Location and installation to be per floor plan layout by Matt Rhees, Cole | Assoc. architect, and the structural engineering, Sal E. Fateen, Seizmic Material Handling Engineering; Bryce Stapley, Stapley Engineering (copy attached). A " Letter of Completion / Compliance" required as evidence of having received final inspection and approval for racking installation. Height of specific products for storage to maintain "S1" occupancy classification SHALL be maintained per the T.I. plan currently under review & Jim Call, F.P.E. call out per Fire Code. NOTE: Hazardous Materials SHALL NOT exceed quantities allowed per Tbls. 3-D & 3-E, 1997 UBC & per 1997 UFC. PC#01-323/drs

1. (Stairway rise and run) The rise of steps and stairs shall not be less than 4 inches nor more than 7 inches. The greatest riser height within any flight of stairs shall not exceed the smallest by more than 3/8 inch. Except as permitted for circular, winding, and spiral stairways, the run shall not be less than 11 inches as measured horizontally between the vertical planes of the furthermost projection of adjacent treads or nosings. Stair treads shall be of uniform size and shape, except the largest tread run within any flight of stairs shall not exceed the smallest by more than 3/8 inch. (1997 UBC 1003.3.3.3) Note the exception to tread and riser dimensions for private stairways and stairways to unoccupied roofs and.
