Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, new one-hour rated occupancy separation walls, new and relocated one-hour rated doors, interior finish, suspended ceiling work, a ramp installation, seismically braced racking for batteries, fire sprinkler work, alarm work, smoke detection, mechanical work including smoke/fire damper installations, plumbing work, and electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. LETTER OF COMPLETION TO BE ISSUED WHEN DONE. NOTE: Per a 1992 Agreement, this building is fully fire sprinklered except in telephone equipment areas.
