(COLLISTER SHOPPING CENTER) To upgrade existing exterior canopy to Type V-one hour construction where required on two buildings and install new metal fascia and soffit on entire shopping center canopy per approved plans on file and DRH01-00078. This permit covers four separate buildings with addresses of 4610, 4614, 4618, 4622, 4624, 4628, 4712, 4724, 4734, 4744, 4760, 4762, 4768 and 4774 W. State Street. Two buildings in the shopping center are classified as Type V-one hour construction and the other two buildings are Type V-N construction. Work to include providing a one-hour rated mansard wall/soffit/protected columns at Type V-one hour buildings, new metal siding installation at fascia and soffit of exterior canopy, new draft stops in canopy, new access openings into canopy where required, and fire sprinkler work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. LETTER OF COMPLETION TO BE ISSUED WHEN DONE. NOTE: Buildings #2 and #4 are fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Building #1 and #3 are NOT fire sprinklered.
