An interior nonbearing frame wall is being removed to combine areas. Partial demolition of interior masonry walls is covered under this permit. Work is to include an interior shear wall, interior nonbearing walls, headers at masonry wall openings, a freezer and cooler, a 1-hr shaft for a grease duct, a restroom accessible to the disabled, and ramps all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The maximum occupant load of the public area (66) shall be posted on an approved sign near the main exit.
