Description	(HA' PENNY BRIDGE & HAPPY FISH SUSHI) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To create a 4,400 square foot restaurant/bar and construct tenant improvements. This tenant will also have additional seating on a common exterior porch.
