This project is for the demo of an existing non-complying upper level to an existing single family dwelling. Work to include the remodel of the main level and adding 399s.f. to same leaving a total of 1248s.f. The new roof structure will also cover a new 112 s.f. front porch. Smoke detectors per UBC 310.9 are required throughout. R-1C setbacks ok per ajb. All required energy code requirements are subject to the inspection division.
