Work to include, providing a new 3'4" x 6"8" opening through the center rock wall for access to the restrooms, installation of a new type II hood, over oven to vent through an opening into the alley, the existing opening is to be infilled with one-hour fire rated construction, all new openings are to be protected with fire dampers, through penetrations are to be protected by fire stopping, installation of related kitchen appliances, and related interior finishes, replacing 3 ton refrigeration unit with a new 5 ton unit to be located in the same place.
