All per approved plans, to include plan review comments, conditions and agreements attached to and part of the approved plans regulating this permit scope and the occupancy of this tenant space. Met with Jim Schmer and electrical contractor reviewed electrical requirements and interior non bearing walls that had been opened. No structural issues on interior non bearing walls. Owner was not present.

Conference with permit holder, informed him that his Temp. Occ. had been revoked and structure was not approved for occupancy. Electrical and Plumbing supervisors were also present and issued CN'S requireing permits and inspections by licensed contractors. A site review of reported inprovements to site confirmed that masonry barbecue was still welded shut, a gas line had been added along the new wall seperating kitchen area from front counter, gas burning appliances in this same area without a hood system, and french frying machine being used under the disconnected type I hood which is in violation of plan review item # s 3 & 4.

Informed permit holder to post occ. sign, block access to deck, complete fire dept. requirements and work on conditions required within 90 days. Temp. occ. would be approved on these conditions.
