(HP #2 BLDG-2 LOWER)(DP LAB ROOMS) - To perform selective demolition of interior non-bearing walls, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and to cut two new openings in concrete floor for new mechanical per engineering. To remodel previous test area and install a premanufactured 'environmental room' test unit and a 'prototype room' test and monitoring room. Work includes upgrade of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems to meet special needs for testing; construction of new interior, non-combustible, non-bearing walls with insulation & sheetrock covering, all per approved plans, red-line notes on plans and the attached plan reviewer comments by all reviewing agencies. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. A Letter of Completion / Compliance is required for this scope of work when final inspections are approved. PC#01-937/drs
