(ST ALPHONSUS MEDICAL OFFICE) To remodel the existing 4,277 sq. ft. first floor of an existing 5,680 sq.ft. two story office building with 2,578 sq. ft.basement, by performing upgrades to existing restroom to bring into full compliance for accessibility; removal of cabinets, sinks and 11 feet of interior non-bearing wall to create 'Open Office Area #2'; to add 23 ft. of new wall to create new 'Lab & Storage Rooms'; to extend existing wall height & add 20 ft. of new wall to create 'Conf. #2'; & upgrade suspended ceiling system, electrical & plumbing to meet tenant needs and provide code compliance for remodeled areas. To install new 1-hour wall enclosure & 1-hour door assembly and hardware at bottom of interior stairs to basement to comply with separation between basement and 1st floor. This building does not have fire sprinklers. All per approved plans, to include red-line notes and attached plan review comments of all reviewing agencies.
