(ADA COUNTY CORONER - MORGUE) This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. To construct a 3,450 square foot morgue within an existing 24,000 square foot warehouse/office building to be used by the Ada County Coroner's Office. The Coroner will occupy the 3,450 square foot morgue, the 2,400 square foot 1st floor office area, and the 2,000 square foot 2nd floor office area (7,850 square feet total). Work is to include 2 toilet/shower rooms accessible to the disabled, a wheelchair lift accessible to the disabled, 2 restrooms modified to be more accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, a 300 square foot mechanical mezzanine, replaced concrete slabs, foam plastic freezer/cooler, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file.
