To modify the interior of an existing 3,380 square foot building (Phase I) and prepare the 1,976 square foot first floor for occupancy by an architectural firm. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, new columns and beams to strengthen the 2nd floor, and stairway modifications all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. A seismic upgrade (Phase II) shall be provided under a future phase permit. The crawlspace is approved for building mechanical equipment only.
