Work to include selective demolition within HP Building #6, existing Toner Lab in basement to relocate Thermatron Chamber to HP#5; To relocate existing Cartridge Test Lab from 1-3 Lower Link to HP#5; to construct interior non-bearing, non-combustible walls with sheetrock cover; relocate or install new access doors; re-assemble premanufactured testing equipment rooms & work cubicles; to add structural roof support for new mechanical; and to modify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler & alarm systems per tenant needs and to comply with adopted codes.
