(SHELL SPACES - ADA COUNTY COURTHOUSE - FIRST FLOOR) This building is fire sprinklered. To create a 2,530 square foot shell space and a 2,410 square foot shell space within an unfinished area of the Ada County Courthouse building. These shell spaces are located on the first floor (Southwest corner) with access from the exterior only. Work is to include a 1-hr tenant demising wall and new exterior doors. Four roof top mechanical units will also be installed. All work shall comply with the approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The tenant improvement of the South space (West Wing Deli) is covered under permit BLD02-00477. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
