(CALVARY CHAPEL - BUILDING "C") This building is fire sprinklered to mitigate low fire flows and remotely located fire hydrants. To convert a former 5,640 square foot auto body repair shop to church classrooms. A Men's restroom and a Women's restroom, accessible to the disabled, are being constructed in the place of an existing restroom. Work is to include exterior doors and windows, interior nonbearing walls, one riser platforms, and exterior landings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. If mechanical equipment is provided on the mezzanine, a fixed ladder complying with the 1997 UMC shall be provided for access. The mezzanine is NOT approved for any use other than mechanical equipment. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
