(IDAHO POWER OPERATIONS CENTER) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To construct 3 conference rooms (180 square feet, 169 square feet, 483 square feet), 2 restrooms, and a locker room (1,361 square feet) on the 2nd floor (23,500 square feet) of an 87,100 square foot building. The building floor area is NOT being expanded. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, 1-hr corridor, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended ceilings, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. At the conclusion of this work, a Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued for the rooms mentioned above (2,555 square feet) and their exiting system. A Certificate of Occupancy shall not be construed to mean that the entire building is approved by Boise City. **CJW**
