(MK PLAZA I - BASMENT, 2ND, 3RD, AND 5TH FLOORS) This building is fire sprinklered to help mitigate risks associated with the 4 story atrium. To remodel areas in the basement (about 1,000 square feet), on the 2nd floor (about 6,600 square feet), on the 3rd floor (about 5,000 square feet), and on the 5th floor (about 5,800 square feet) within an existing 111,000 square foot 6 story building. Work is to include demolition of interior nonbearing walls, repair to an existing access floor system, and repair to finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. Fire sprinkler and alarm related work shall require separate permitting and approval. **CJW**
