Pads being installed for future N2 Plant. Separate application and plans to be submitted for equipment installation per letter from Ben Hill, Architect, in behalf of SCP. New N2 Plant and equipment upgrade deleted from scope of work under this permit. All per approved plans notes & attachments to plans by all design review agencies.
