Work to include, removing portion of a nonbearing wall to create a 8'6" cased opening into 391 sq ft adjacent space for new seating area, to remodel the existing kitchen area that was previously used by Quiznos, to include relocation of three compartment sinks, installation of new cooking appliances, installation of new Type-1 hood system, grease duct to be wraped with Firemaster duct wrap ER-4975 & will be installed in an existing shaft, Miscelaneous related interior finish's. A new Certification of Occupancy will be required to reflect the additional area and occupant load. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one hour fire-resistive substitution.
