To remove existing synthetic exterior finish and exterior sheathing because of deterioration and delamination due to moisture problems. The residence will then be provided with new structural sheathing for bracing, installed and nailed in accordance with the attached engineering. New windows and doors will also be provided in the existing openings and a new 3-coat exterior stucco system will be installed per UBC and manufacturer's installation instructions. All product information must be provided to the field inspector prior to installation. All brace panel nailing to be inspected prior to covering. New windows and doors to meet Boise City Energy Code.
