Work is to include tension cables, collar ties, chord repairs, and wall anchors. The analysis of this building under this permit is limited to structural repairs only. A Certificate of Occupancy for this building was issued on October 3, 1994 and is on file. Occupancy of the sanctuary is not allowed until the work proposed under this permit is inspected and approved by the Engineer of Record. AFTER THE WALLS ARE REALIGNED AND MODIFICATIONS ARE COMPLETED, THE ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL ADDRESS THE ADEQUACY OF THE STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS (WALLS AND TRUSSES) INCLUDING FIELD OBSERVATIONS IN A WRITTEN REPORT TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. THIS REPORT IS REQUIRED BEFORE OCCUPANCY WILL BE ALLOWED. **CJW**
