(ARAMARK - IN-FLIGHT KITCHEN) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To remodel a 4,980 square foot tenant space on the main floor of an existing 8,767 square foot building. This tenant space will be used as an "in-flight kitchen" to serve the Boise Airport Terminal. Work is to include altering two restrooms to be accessible to the disabled, attaching two relocated canopies (or construct new), constructing a cooler/freezer addition, installing a grease duct, enlarging doors in masonry walls, constructing exerior wall infills, and installing a suspended ceiling system all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The structural design for the pre-manufactured cooler/freezer unit is a deferred submittal item.**CJW**
