Inland Crane Shop Building (Fabrication Shop with some Equipment Maintenance) - To construct a 14,500 square foot, one story, pre-engineered steel building. This is a pre-erected building (old Boise Cascade hanger) that is being disassembled and reconstructed on this site. This permit also includes the construction of a 1500 square foot mezzanine at the east end of the hanger building and to construct a new 3900 square foot metal building addition on the west end of the hanger building and to construct a 350 square foot breakroom/restroom at the southeast corner of the hanger building under the mezzanine. The addition is marked future on the plans but is part of this building permit. The total building area is 19,900 square feet. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
