(St. Alphonsus Medical Center, South Tower, East Lobby Demo & Shell Addition) - To demolish some exterior store front glazing and entry doors, interior partitions, ceilings, concrete slab area, mechanical, electrical, etc. at an approximate 2700 square foot area of the east entry lobby and office and out patient pharmacy areas in preparation for the renovation of this area; and to construct a new 563 square foot, one story, entry shell addition. This permit also includes the infill of an existing 20 lineal feet of the north exterior wall of the adjoining building. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
