(20'x22') uncovered deck with accessible ramp for dining/drinking on the northeast corner of an existing 3,471 sq. ft. restaurant/brew pub building per approved plans on file. Work to include new pressure treated wood deck floor framing joists/beams with support posts and concrete support piers, bolted connections, trex decking, new accessible ramp with handrails, deck perimeter bench/rail, and site/parking lot modifications per Planning Division requirements. Occupant load of deck to be posted at 30 persons maximum. Deck floor live load to also be posted at 100 psf maximum. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done.
