(ST. ALPHONSUS-LIQUID OXYGEN) To enlarge the liquid bulk oxygen services area located at the southwest corner of the mechanical building per approved plans, engineering and DRH03-00055. Structural work involves pouring a grade supported, reinforced concrete slab; providing approved protective barricades; placing and anchoring two above ground tanks (6000 & 900 galllons), vaporizer and reducing station; and providing electrical service and piping for required operation. Special inspection required for adhesive anchor system. Installation & use of Cryogenic Fluids shall comply with Ch. 32, 2000 IFC & NFPA 50. A "Letter of Completion" is required. PC#03-211/drs
