To create a 1,829 square foot physical therapist office on the 2nd floor of a 26,100 square foot, 2 story with basement, building. The common restrooms on the 2nd floor and in the basement are also being altered to be accessible to the disabled. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended ceilings, a shower room accessible to the disabled, millwork, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
