To divide an existing 4,880 square foot office tenant space into two (2) separate office tenant spaces. These tenant spaces are located on the 5 story of a 8 story high-rise building. "Suite 500" will have a floor area of about 3,746 square feet and "Suite 510" will have a floor area of about 1,134 square feet. Cisco Systems, Inc. will continue to occupy "Suite 500". Occupancy of "Suite 510" is addressed under permit BLD03-1899. Work is to include "SMED" wall partitions, interior doors, and a new corridor door all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. Existing high-rise systems shall be maintained. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
