(BASQUE MUSEUM & CULTURAL CENTER) PLAN MODIFICATION 4/20/06 - TO REMOVE ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADE OF EXISTING HIS / HERS RESTROOMS FROM SCOPE OF WORK AND REMODEL EXISTING STAFF RESTROOM TO BECOME ACCESSIBLE UNISEX RESTROOM AS PART OF THE GIFT SHOP T.I. To remodel an 811 sq. ft. portion of an existing 7,345 sq.ft. tenant space for upgrades to the restrooms (385 s.f.) for accessibility and remodeling the existing retail area (426 s.f.) per approved plans. Work to include selective demolition within restrooms & gift shop areas; alterations within existing restroom areas to provide accessibility compliance to and within as shown on plans; to create a new storage room for the retails sales area; new security grill, wal & floor finishes and display cabinetry; electrical, plumbing & mechanical to meet tenant needs and provide code compliance; all as noted on and attached plan review comments / conditions of all reviewing agencies as part of the approved plans requiring full compliance as applicable. Per discussion with Sam Rogers, FIELD INSPECTION & APPROVAL OF LIFE SAFETY ITEMS BY FIRE INSPECTOR IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF THIS PERMIT. This is done to expidite issuance of permit and scope of work being done. A "Letter of Completion/Compliance" is required for this project as a conditon of this permit. PC03-387/drs
