To reduce the size of an existing training room to about 1,038 square feet and to construct a new 140 square foot office and a 275 square foot hallway. All proposed work is within an existing 10,728 square foot office tenant space located on the 2nd floor of an existing 11 story, 112,000 square foot building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a new door, and an new window all per the approved drawings and the plan review conditions on file.
