(TABLEROCK BREWPUB) To remodel and upgrade approximately 6,617 sq.ft. of space on the east side of the building for future tenants, and remodel 1,717 sq.ft. of basement area for Future office space per approved plans and engineering. No work to be done in the existing restaurant. Work includes both interior and exterior changes and mehcanical, plumbing and electrical modifications. No site work to be performed under this permit. DRH03-00067 NO OCCUPANCY UNDER THIS PERMIT, Work will include construction of exit access corridor, new core area accessible restrooms, new exit enclosure stairway from the basement and remodel existing stairway, new storefront system being installed, leveling first floor by adding additional concrete topping, upgrading structural system by adding new columns, beams and footings. This building is PARTIALY firesprinkled system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
