(PHARMERICA)(CAPITAL CARE CENTER) To remodel a 1,013 sq.ft. area in the northeast corner of the east building for a pharmacy per approved plans. Work includes selective demolition within and between adjoining rooms. Two existing doors assemblies into the existing 1-hour rated corridor will be removed and infill with one hour construction, WP-1200. To maintain the 1-hour fire-resistive wall between new pharmacy/office area and the existing elderly care center & maintain and repair as necessary the existing 1-hour exit corridor integrity. The new project is an accessory use to the Care Center. To provide accessible feature's to and within the new areas; meet aisle widths and maneuvering clearances at doors; verify protection of and provide as necessary code compliant fire-resistive & fire-stopping assemblies at penetrations or openings in the 1-hour roof/ceiling assembly and 1-hour corridor wall. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklerd for allowable area increase. PC03-567/drs
