(BOISE POLICE SUBSTATION)(BOISE CITY HOUSING & CD BLDG) * To remodel 2,345 sq.ft. of area, which was previously motel lobby, office and lounge area, for a police substation office (1,345 sq.ft.) and an after school supervised recreation area (1,000 sq.ft.) with full height interior partitions. Work to includes removal of interior stairway to the second floor, separate second floor hallway from the lobby area, remove exterior vestibule on the north side, add a new exterior concrete ramp and railing for new entry. An upgrade agreement has been approved to install a complete fire sprinkler system per IBC Section 903.3.1.1 in this building within 2 years in order for this building to be classified as a nonrated building and meet exit travel distance requirements.
