Main door to patient room to maintain minimum 18" latch side clearance on pull side per code. Work includes selective demolition under separate permit, BLD03-02657, issued 10/28/03. To construct new interior non-bearing walls to create required floor area within the restroom for maneuverability, an accessible water closet, shower stall and sink area. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. A "Letter of Compliance" is required for this project.
