Work to include a new listed 90 minute rated roll down fire door with counter in existing 2-hour rated fire wall between new kitchen and existing gymnasium, new Type I hood with grease duct and exhaust fan, grease duct wrap system, new rooftop make-up air unit, new interior walls and doors, two new accessible restrooms, two new accessible showers, interior finish, new suspended ceiling in kitchen, fire sprinkler and alarm work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. This remodel is occurring in an area of the building that is Type V-A construction with sprinklers for one-hour substitution. This is a Scope of Work Permit.
