Micron Building #3 & #1 - Remodel Pollution Abatement for Production Tools * To demo the Pollution Abatement area and remodel for fab area. This work to include exterior wall modifications, constructing a new raised concrete loading dock with equipment lift. The interior remodel will include clean room walls, raised floor, HEPA ceiling system and all related plumbing, mechanical and electrical to create a dry etch bay and two plenum areas. This work also includes the remodel of the mechanical area at the second floor. This work is being done on the first and second floors of Building #3 between grid lines 1&4 and A&D. This permit also includes modification work at corridor 101P and reverse door swing at door #101B at Chemical Distribution Room 102I. This permit also includes the relocation and addition of some TCS units and related piping, mechanical and electrical at the second floor of Building #1 between grid lines B&C and 3&6. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
