A SEPARATE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IS REQUIRED BEFORE OCCUPANCY. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To expand an existing tenant space located on the 19th floor (11,626 square feet) and on the 20th floor (3,740 square feet) into the 18th floor (9,486 square feet). In addition to occupying a portion of the 20th floor and all of the 19th floor, this tenant will also occupy 9,486 square feet of the 18th floor. All levels will be interconnected by interior stairways that are not part of the egress system. The restrooms located on the 18th floor and the restrooms located on the 19th floor will be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled.
