Micron Building #1 - Remodel Plenum 6 (PCS #01-20047012) - To demolish and excavate below approximately 200 square feet (13.5'x15') of existing concrete slab floor and to pour a new concrete slab floor at 42 inches below existing floor and perimeter concrete retaining walls. To install new access floor system, remodel ceiling above this area and reconstruct 17 lineal feet of clean room wall. To relocate existing lights, electrical outlets and HVAC duct work to accomodate ceiling and wall modifications. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #1 between grid lines C&D and 3&4. All construction per the approved plans. #04-037/JCM
