(SCP GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES)(WAREHOUSE SECURITY FENCE / DOOR HARDWARE / ESTABLISH NEW CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY AS ONE BUILDING) Within and existing 129,192 building & court yard, install an 8 ft. high chain link security fence, to include three sliding gates & and one exit door, between the Fabrication Area and the Materials & Equipment Handling Area, to allow restricted access into the Materials & Equipment Handling Area by use of electronic strike & Card Reader Control. Egress from the Materials & Equipment Handling Area side shall have exit panic device door hardware; to establish a new certificate of occupancy to include alll areas of SCP complex as one building. All per approved plans to include red-lined comments on plans by reviewing agencies and attached plan review comments & conditions from all reviewing agencies as part of approved plans. This building is fully sprinklered. A "Certificate of Occupancy" is required as a condition of this permit to combine the SCP Complex into one building and as evidence of final inspections and approvalfor this scope of work.
