Work to include some miscellaneous interior demolition work, two new exterior doors, interior finish, upgrading some door hardware to accessibility standards, and some minor electrical work. This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. Applicant has provided plans from a 1997 remodel done in the County that shows work both in this administration building and in the truck maintenance facility building nearby on an adjacent lot. (11199 W. Executive Dr.) These plans will be scanned with this permit into the Records Department for future reference. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved.
