To remodel a 372 square foot area on the 1st floor and a 284 square foot area on the 2nd floor of an existing office building. Both areas will be used for offices. There is no change in the occupant load, the occupancy classification, or the tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
