(MARKETPLACE MORTGAGE) Remodel to convert an existing residence to a commercial office building per approved plans, CUP03-00107, CVA03-00040, and DRH03-00132. The main floor is 1,006 sq. ft. and there is an unusable basement/crawlspace area that is 773 sq. ft. with crawlspace access only. (No stairs.) No use or storage allowed in the basement/crawlspace. Mechanical equipment is located in the basement/crawlspace. Work to include demolition of a portion of the existing foundation, miscellaneous interior demolition work, exterior site work, new exterior stairs with handrails, new exterior landings, new exterior accessible ramp with handrails, new portions of concrete foundation and footings, new main floor support beams in basement, some new floor joists at former interior stair opening, some new interior walls and doors, interior finish, upgrading main floor restroom to current accessibility standards, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. Special Inspection is required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
