(DOMINO'S PIZZA) This building is fire sprinklered for area increase and for fire area. To create a 1,746 square foot tenant space to be used as a pizza take-out business. Pizzas will be prepared and cooked within this tenant space. There will be no sit-down dining. Work is to include a tenant demising wall, interior nonbearing walls, interior windows, an interior door, a walk-in cooler, and a Type II hood all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The existing restroom is required to be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled. The location of fire sprinkler heads within the remodeled area shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
