(NEW STRUCTURAL CMU, STAND ALONE WALL) A "Letter of Compliance" is required for this project. To remove a approximately 9 feet of existing roof & support structure between 4111 W. Overland building and a rear warehouse (formerly part of 4111 Overland) in preparation to create two separate properties, the warehouse to become 1614 S. Roosevelt. To construct a new footing for the CMU wall & special pilaster support footing intergrated with other footing, all to be on same property to be known as 1614 Roosevelt. To construct a new 2-hour fire-resistive (proximity to property line / S1/ VB), reinforced CMU wall, with Pilasters at 13'-4" o.c. maximum. The new wall will also support the existing roof structure at the new location. CMU parapet to extend a minimum of 30" above the roof. To install a ledger at new wall to attach existing roof structure and repair roof cover. Warehouse is enclosed on three sides and open on the east. Permit also covers infill of windows and overhead door in south masonry wall of 4111 Overland with 1-hour fire-resistive construction due to proximity to proposed property line. PC04-259/drs
