To construct a new 2-hour fire-resistive (proximity to property line / S1/ VB), reinforced CMU wall, with Pilasters at 13'-4" o.c. maximum. The new wall will also support the existing roof structure at the new location. CMU parapet to extend a minimum of 30" above the roof. To install a ledger at new wall to attach existing roof structure and repair roof cover. Warehouse is enclosed on three sides and open on the east.
