(IDAHO CENTRAL CREDIT UNION)(TERRACE PLAZA - 1ST FLR - STE 100) Interior remodel in an existing building to expand 762 sq. ft. of area to an existing 1,824 sq. ft. credit union/office space and relocate the exit hallway on the first floor per approved plans on file. New area total for space will be 2,586 sq. ft. There will be (2) "vanilla finish" permits and (2) other tenant permits also attached to the same set of plans that will be done on both the first floor and second floor of this building. Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, new relocated building core exit hallway, new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, interior finish, new suspended ceiling work, new soffit work, fire sprinkler work, fire alarm work, mechanical work, and electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building has a fire alarm system and is to be fully fire sprinklered by December of 2008 per an Upgrade Agreement on file. Fire sprinklers alleviate requirements for one-hour rated exit corridors and protection of elevator openings in building. This permit along with the (4) other permits attached to the plans (BLD04-01413, BLD04-01415, BLD04-01416, & BLD04-01417) will cover Phase I of the Upgrade Agreement.
