(US BANK - PARKING LOT RESURFACE & NEW ATTENDANT BOOTH) To resurface the existing parking lot, renovate some of the concrete curbing, landscaping and parking lot lighting and to demo the existing parking attendant's booth and construct a new 6'-10" x 8'-4", one story, metal, prebuilt attendant booth. Deferred Submittals - Structural Calculations and Details. The structural calculations and anchoring details for the attendant's booth are being deferred so that the parking lot and landscaping work can begin. The required deferred submittals include the structural calculations for the building vertical and lateral loads, as well as, all structural calculations for the required building attachments to the concrete foundation. These deferred structural items must be submitted to the Boise City Building Department Plan Review Staff for review and approval prior to receiving a final approval for the booth.
