(WELLS FARGO)(NEW MECHANICAL ROOM ADDITION)(BUILDING #2) To construct a new one story, 144 sq. ft. unconditioned mechanical room addition to an existing 116,397 sq. ft. three story building per approved plans and CZC04-00033. (Located on the west side of Building #2 in the open court area between Building #1 and Building #2.) New area total for Building #2 will now be 116,541 sq. ft. Work to include new reinforced concrete footings/foundation, new concrete slab, new noncombustible one-hour rated exterior walls and roof-ceiling assemblies, relocated metal louver, new EIFS system, new roof covering system, a pair of exterior doors, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, and some electrical work. East exterior wall of addition is required to be one-hour rated with 30" minimum parapet based on location to the assumed property line shown on plans. Special Inspection is required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done.
