The EIFS to be installed by certified manufacture's installers. To replace existing exterior windows with energy efficient window; to install new accessible restroom on main level, remodel interior finishes & millwork, add new accessible work & customer service counter; upgrade light fixture's & ballasts for increased energy efficiency, and create a new File Storage room.
