This project is for the enclosure of an existing 65s.f. covered patio in the rear of an existing single family dwelling. Work to include the installation of a new girder/beam to replace existing at the exterior wall to allow full open area at the new area. The stair will be reconstructed and there will also be a new 192s.f. pergola/shade cover a the rear also. Select windows throughout will be replaced and upper level bath area will be configured. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits will be required. Reschec is waived as the enclosure will lessen the amount of glazing and all window replacement will be a max of .40 U-Value. All per the approved plans as marmed and attached plan review notes. pep
